About Us

 David Vincent Kraus is a senior executive, attorney, and educator with over 40 years experience in health law, academic medicine, and the business of health care. Mr. Kraus spent 33 years with the University of California as Chief Contract Officer and as such, led projects exceeding billions. His unique expertise focuses on managed care contracting, payment methodologies, provider affiliations, joint ventures, accountable care organizations, health benefits, and quality/value payment programs.  

Mr. Kraus has published articles on snow skiing epidemiology and environmenal risk management. Currently, Mr. Kraus is applying his expertise in environmental and nature conservation by developing collaborations, partnerships, and innovative business ventures.

 Mr. Kraus completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at UCLA and a Master’s of Science in Public Health focused on health policy at UCLA. In addition, he completed a law degree (Juris Doctor) at the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Kraus is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the California State bar.  

Mr. Kraus is a conservationist and avid outdoorsman and enjoys fly fishing, scuba diving, hiking, and snow skiing. He volunteers and participates on leadership councils for major nature and environmental organizations.
